We enjoyed a beautiful day today. As much as I loved watching this scene play out, part of me was a bit sad to know we will soon be saying good-bye to yet another summer. Summer is most definitely my very favorite time of year, and when it rolls around again next year, the kids will be another year older and more mature.
Olivia decided to paint Spencer's nails.
Usually Richard and I put a kibosh on nail polishing,
but I was enjoying myself too much today.
He was even lucky enough to get a hair pretty (for a very short time).
Spencer is not as sure about this part as Olivia.
He is licking his lips enjoying the yummy gloss Olivia shared with him.
